Our Mission
The Edmonton Dragon Boat Festival Association (EDBFA) is a non-profit organization which promotes Dragon Boat racing and its multicultural celebration in the City of Edmonton.
Association Objectives
- Promote Dragon Boat racing for fun, sport and recreation in Edmonton
- Showcase Asian culture and promote multiculturalism
Board of Directors
The Edmonton Dragon Boat Festival Association welcomes new members with fresh ideas and fresh outlooks. You do not need to be a paddler to be a part of the board or organizing committee, just someone with the interest and time to help. This is a great way for non-paddling co-workers to get involved. If you are currently a Board member for your Team organization, you cannot serve as a member of the our Board, but we can happily place you as a key volunteer. Our board consists of 4 officer positions and several directors at large whose roles are defined by their interests and strengths.
