Annual General Meeting proceeded by a Special Meeting to review Proposed New By-Laws
Please mark February 4, 2012 on your calendars for both a Special Meeting where new By-Laws will be presented and an Annual General Meeting with a call for new Board Members and Committee Leads. Everyone is welcome to attend the meeting. However, the current EDBFA bylaws stipulate that only current Sustainable members may vote on EDBFA business and they must be members for the 14 days directly proceeding the voting opportunity. To ensure that all individuals that want to purchase a $20 Sustaining Membership may do so, the following option has been made available:
1. Mailed in application membership form accompanied with payment made payable to the “Edmonton Dragon Boat Festival Association”, that is post-dated no later than Friday, January 20th to:

The meeting will be held at the main floor boardrooms at J.G.O'Donoghue building (located within the Neil Crawford Centre), at 7000 - 113 street. Upon arrival please sign in at the security desk.
